Hey, hi, hello - I’m Vanessa Jones - but most people call me V! I am a hair artist of 8 years that is dedicated to their craft and strives to give all guests a positive self-image by providing a collaborative experience to renew themselves. I specialize in low maintenance styles such as dimensional and gradient coloring and textured, lived-in cuts. I love finding my artistry in high contrast styles and color blocking placements, along with edgy cuts like shags and mullets. And of course with all things vivids. Prior to the start of your service, we will have a one-on-one consultation, which I like to call a Vibe Check, to ensure that I can provide you with not just beautiful hair to fit your personal lifestyle, but with peace of mind, as well. My promised intention, and guarantee, is that each of my guests leave with healthier hair than what they come in with, along with new knowledge of how to maintain and upkeep their refreshed style. My goal is to provide each of my guests with a laid back, yet professional experience, in an all-inclusive safe space - each and every time. You see, it’s not just a momentary appointment where a service is rendered, but also an intentional experience with an exchange of energy that allows you to fully relax, refresh, and recharge. Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTIFY YOUR STYLIST AT LEAST 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE
FEES WILL BE CHARGED AS FOLLOWS:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment time will NOT be charged.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment WILL be charged 30% of the total service amount. (Excluding your deposit if one was required)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment WILL be charged 60% of the total service amount. (Excluding your deposit if one was required)
Cancellations made within 12 hours or on the day of the scheduled appointment WILL be charged 100% of the total service amount. (Excluding your deposit if one was required)
You may reschedule at anytime, however, consecutive reschedules will not be permitted without a fee.
You may receive one reschedule at any time without any penalty.
In the event of a No Call/No Show you will be charged 100% of the total service amount as well as an additional $20 fee to cover the stylist’s time required to set up for your service(s). No Call/No Shows will be denied booking in the foreseen future unless discussed by the stylist otherwise
If you are running late to your appointment, please let your stylist know immediately. If you are running 15+ minutes late, you may not be able to get the full service that is scheduled or you may even be asked to reschedule for another day depending on the circumstance. (Please never assume the flexibility of your stylist’s schedule)
